Brian Dukes, Executive Chef and General Manager of The Blue Marlin, was a recent guest chef at the famed James Beard House in New York City. Brian is a culinary graduate of Johnson and Wales University. Nick Brock, Chef de’ Cuisine, also a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, along with
