As a partner in the Sustainable Seafood Initiative with the South Carolina Aquarium we provide local catch that is friendly to the future of our oceans.  We believe that enjoying fresh seafood should come with the knowledge and understanding that we must take care to consider the long term viability of the species and to provide in-season options to prevent overfishing.  We make every effort to provide our guests with the best quality seafood and in doing so we buy our seafood sustainably, domestically, and locally.
