THE CLASSIC MARGARITA
This vintage cocktail is made with Corzo Tequila,
Cointreau, fresh lime juice, a dash of simple syrup
and finished with a salted rim.

JACK ROSE
Elegant combination of Applejack Brandy,
fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, a touch of grenadine
and finished with a dash of Fee Rhubarb Bitters.

SIDECAR
Created at Harry’s Bar Paris 1930. A perfect marriage
of Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac, Cointreau & fresh lemon
juice served up with a sugar-rimmed glass.

SAZERAC
A True American classic, with Bulleit Rye whiskey, a dash of
Pernod Anise and Peychaud’s Bitters.

21 PINEAPPLE
Smirnoff Vodka infused with fresh juicy
pineapple chunks. Served straight up.

BRANDY COBBLER
A traditional cobbler made with E&J Brandy,
Chambord, a muddle of orange and lemon fruits
And finished with a dash of Fee Plum Bitters.

SOUTHERN GIN
Like a cool southern breeze. Hendricks Gin and
Apricot Brandy mixed with fresh orange & lemon juices.

LA POMME
Luscious blend of Ketel One Citroen Vodka,
Stirrings All Natural Apple Liqueur and Cointreau
with a splash of fresh lemon juice.

THE COSMOPOLITAN
Ketel One Oranje Vodka, Cointreau, and fresh lime
juice with a hint of cranberry.

SHAKEN BETTY
Perfect marriage of Stoli Razberi Vodka, Chambord,
finished with pineapple juice, and lemon-lime soda.

HERBS HARVEST
Svedka Vodka infused with fresh Rosemary, Apricot Brandy,
DiSaronno Amaretto, fresh lemon juice, pear nectar
and a dash of cranberry juice.

FALL RUM PUNCH
A muddle of Appleton Estate Rum, cointreau, cloves, orange
slices, a splash of cranberry, fresh orange and lemon juices.
Finished with a dusting of cinnamon and grated nutmeg.

WHISKEY SMASH
A flawless muddle of fresh mint, lemon slices,
Fees Orange Bitters spiked with Makers Mark Bourbon.

MAI TAI
A Taste of the Tahitian culture. Bacardi Añejo Rum, splash of
Cointreau, Disaronno Original Liqueur to taste, fresh lime,
orange and pineapple juices, finished with a Myers’s Rum float.

WHISKEY-PORT PUNCH
Gentleman Jack mixed with fresh orange and lemon juices,
topped with a beautiful Ruby Port and seasonal fruit.

LEMONADE PIMM’S CUP
Pimm’s No.1 mixed with fresh lemon juice and simple syrup
gives an explosion of fresh fruits and herbs with a
wonderful light and refreshing finish.

VIOLETTE FIZZ
This highball cooler is a unique combination of Tanqueray Gin,
Crème de Violette, fresh lime juice and topped with club soda.

SALT & PEPPER HIGHBALL
Bombay Sapphire Gin, fresh lemon and grapefruit juices, splash of
simple syrup, dash of Fees Grapefruit Bitters. Finished with a
salted rim and topped with cracked pepper

ROSARITA HIGHBALL
1800 Tequila infused with crème de cassis, fresh lemon juice,
followed with a hint of simple syrup and topped with ginger ale.

Crème de cassis blackcurrant liquor, topped with Kritter
French sparkling wine.

LA POIRE
Beautiful blend of Grey Goose La Poire Vodka, St. Germaine
Elderflower Liqueur, pear nectar and fresh lemon juice,
topped with sparkling wine.

BELLINI
This is a magical concoction from Venice of peach puree,
Prosecco, finished with a splash of premium Peach Liqueur.

VIOLETTE 75
Refreshing mix of Hendricks Gin, crème de Violette and freshly squeezed
lemon juice, a dash of simple syrup topped with bubbles.

Espresso Cocktail
Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka, Butterscotch Schnapps
and Bailey’s Irish Cream.

TIRAMISU
A perfect blend of Stoli Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico Hazelnut,
Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream and topped with whipped cream.

GRASSHOPPER
White Crème de Cacao, Green Crème de Menthe combined with cream,
finished with grated nutmeg and a sprig of mint.

GODIVA DUTCH CHOCOLATE
Rich and Luscious infusion of Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka,
Godiva liquor, Dark Cream De Cacao finished with cream.

BRANDY ALEXANDER
A fine combination of E&J Brandy, Dark Crème de Cacao
and cream topped with grated nutmeg.
